We have an exciting opportunity on our backshift within our hihly efficient warehouse and as part of our team you will fill an essential role in helping us towards the depot goals delivering the right products to our customers on time.

Your duties will meet the operational needs of our warehouse. These can range from picking, checking and loading food onto vehicles for delivery the next day by our team of highly skilled drivers.

Good numeracy skills are required along with attention to detail. The main role will be to work in the multi temperature environments including frozen, freezer department.

You will also be asked to perform other additional tasks as directed by your Manager on the shift general duties could include House Keeping, checking others work, printing picking documentation.

Ideally, you will have food warehousing and distribution experience and you must have the physical ability to lift objects up to 20 kilogrammes. A reach truck or FLT licence is desired but not essential as full in house training can be given.

The role will be 18:00 -04:00 Sunday to Friday morning and there may be a requirement to work on Friday evenings as the business requires.

You will need to be up to date and compliant with all health & safety and food hygiene legislation. You will be used to working to targets and will have an accurate and methodical approach to your work.
