Prime Objective

As part of a team you will execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimises stock loss, maximises stock holding and paperwork accuracy. Confirming stock levels and date codes are precise and well maintained to company standards.

Role Purpose

• You will be required to count pick / bulk locations across all temperature bands (chilled, frozen & ambient)
• Investigate any discrepancies on stock counts and dates
• Help manage shortage claims for internal and external customers
• Ensure the right product is in the right location at the time of picking
• Perform quarantine checks and report the depot findings
• Investigate internal and external queries in a timely manor
• Liaise with all departments

Candidate requirements

• A flexible approach to working, to be available for Bank holidays & Stock Take
• An understanding of stock control and WMS
• An understanding of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably Reach truck trained
• Able to work as a team or an individual
• Able to carry out a reasonable amount of physical work across a multi temp environment
