Fieldsales Manager – Gateshead

At Bidfood, we recognise that the quality of our sales team is instrumental to our success. Our Fieldsales Manager needs to be able to recruit, induct, train, mentor and engage their teams, to inspire them to be the best they can be.

You will need to ensure you have an effective sales strategy which is communicated to the team and ensure that they are trained and supported as necessary to enable them to achieve their new business and existing business growth targets.

With proven sales experience of meeting and exceeding targets, to be successful in this role you’ll have very strong people management and development skills and be able to build strong relationships with other departments, have good computer literacy skills and be flexible in order to meet the needs of the business.
