You will have previous experience within an E Commerce environment so will fully understand what is required in order to ensure you and your team deliver exceptional support to both our internal & external customers, including 3^rd Party E Commerce platform providers. This role will be pivotal in taking our E Commerce support team to the next level, meaning we deliver exceptional service to our customers, from start to finish of their ‘virtual’ experience.

You will have a positive and logical approach to tasks,  along with the ability to think beyond the present.  Attention to detail is key in this role. You will have a good understanding of Bidfood Direct, as well as the vision of what we can do to enhance our offering.

You will need to be approachable with strong interpersonal skills as managing your team effectively will be essential in order to achieve our goals. Good communication skills and organisation skills are vital. You will need to be proactive and quickly identify what is important to both our internal and external customers, in order that we meet their needs, along with continuously identifying any possibilities for the future.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Good computer skills – including comprehensive knowledge of reflex and experience of Bidfood Direct
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure
