There is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new project for Bidfood. Manchester depot is the first depot within the Bidfood estate to have CCTV installed in all the vehicles. The new role will be essential to the success of the project, ensuring Bidfood assets are managed and controlled.

Your duties will involve accessing vehicle hard drives and review vehicle footage, investigating customer claims for credits and cage management. Gathering evidence for vehicle and personal accidents and logging this information. Maintain accurate records of data recordings and events, using incident reporting software

Ideally, you will be computer literate, have attention to detail with the ability to multitask, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work on your own.

You’ll be used to working to targets and will have an accurate and methodical approach to your work.
