Spaghetti bolognese

Farmstead minced beef 500g
Garlic 10g
Onion 150g
Carrots 150g
Chopped tomatoes 800g
Tomato paste 150g
Basil 2g
Water 200ml


  1. Place a saucepan on the stove and heat, then add the mince and dry fry until golden brown. Strain the fat.
  2. Finley chop the onion, carrot, and garlic and add to the mince. Continue to fry until soft.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, add 200ml of water and cook for a further 15 minutes. Then add the basil and allow to simmer for 30 minutes before serving.
