Quorn Vegan Ham & Cheeze Basket 1
Large potato 1
Red onion 1/4
Tomato 1/4
Portion of rocket salad

  1. Place the Quorn basket on a baking tray; pre heat oven and bake from frozen at 170°C for 25 minutes.
  2. Leave skin on the potato and wash thoroughly. Cut into chips.
  3. Rinse the chips under cold water until the water runs clear – to remove some of the starch. Pat dry.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fat fryer, set temperature to 130°C and lower chips into fryer once temperature reached.
  5. Cook for 8-10 mins – stay with fryer, do not leave unattended.
  6. Remove chips after 10 mins and set aside to dry. Season to taste; salt & pepper or freshly chopped rosemary .
  7. Finely chop the red onion, tomato and place on the plate with a side of rocket.
  8. Place chips on the plate, add the Quorn basket and serve.
