Margherita pizza

Grated mozerella and mild cheddar cheese 300g
Hovis best of both bread and roll mix 300g
Gustoso multi use tomato base 350g
Water 180ml


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Place the Hovis bread mix in a bowl with a dough hook. Add the water and mix on medium speed for 6 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough out to fit the tin, then prick the base with a fork and leave n a warm place to proof for 10 minutes.
  4. Once proofed, spread the sauce over the base and sprinkle over the cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the pizza is golden brown and the base is crisp.
