Ingredients
| Whipping cream | 50ml |
| Elderflower cordial | 40ml |
| Spiced chai latte blend | 50g |
| Drinking chocolate | 50g |
| Chocolate flake pieces | 40g |
Method
- Make the hot chocolate as per the instructions.
- Make the chai latte as per the instructions.
- Add some chocolate to half the cream and whisk to a peak.
- Add some elderflower syrup to the other half of the cream and whisk to a peak.
- Mix the hot chocolate and chai latte together and then top with the chocolate cream and the elderflower cream.
- Top with the flake and serve.
