Ingredients
- Cooking and baking spread 60g
- Potatoes 1200g
- Cracked black peppercorn 5g
- Onions 200g
- Pork chipolatas 20pcs
- Bistos gravy granules 20g
- Water 220ml
Method
- Peel and dice the potatoes. Place in a pan of water and cook until tender.
- Whilst the potatoes are cooking, place the sausages in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until browned.
- Slice the onions and dry fry in a saucepan until tender, then add 220ml of water.
- Bring the water and the onions to the boil, then add the gravy
