|Brioche burger bun 4.5” (frozen)||10 buns|
|British smoked sliced ham (Red Tractor, chilled)||600g|
|Monterey Jack cheese slices (chilled)||200g|
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
- Slice the burger bun in half and toast them until golden.
- Slice the gherkins and set aside.
- Place the ham, cheese and sliced gherkins on one side of the bun.
- Place the mustard on the other side. Close the burger up and place into the oven until the cheese is melted.
