Read MoreYou’ll be responsible for making outbound calls and dealing with incoming calls to take our customers’ normal orders. You’ll be required to manage your own customer base and through careful analysis of on screen data and account statistics, you will help every customer to buy across our product range, selling in new lines, link and gap selling to maximize customers spend.
We need you to have a key mix of skills and be able to deploy them effectively when required and in accordance with changing customer demands. Firstly, you will need good experience of solving a variety of customer problems, plus an understanding of sales techniques that will enable you to maximize sales opportunities as they arrive. You must have experience using Word, Excel & Outlook confidently. Finally, you’ll bring the dexterity and organization needed to effectively and accurately key orders at speed.
You’ll be a strong, natural communicator as well as a team player, used to working in a busy and challenging environment. You will be motivated, organized, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships over the telephone.
This role is to cover working 8.30am –4.30pm; 5 over 7 day contract.
