We’re a leading wholesale food distributor covering the whole of the UK, the preferred supplier for over 60,000 customers and our business is still growing.

This role is based out of our Wakefield depot.  At our depot we make over 3,000 deliveries to our customers each week, we have a number of teams who work together to deliver service excellence to our customers every day.

We are excited to be recruiting for a Head of Operations to join our team. We are searching for a dynamic and passionate individual to bring fresh leadership concepts to our team. As well as being an outstanding leader of people, we are looking for someone with commercial acumen coupled with a customer centric ethos to drive forward operational efficiencies to deliver service excellence to our customers.

• Previous experience in an senior level role managing Warehouse and Transport functions.
• Experience of joint partnerships with a Sales leadership team.
• 3 years + at Operations level.

Proven experience of developing people and or high performing teams.
