We have a number of policies in place to address key issues across our business and supply chain and we carry out an annual review of these to ensure that they are up to date and effective.
Our animal welfare, soya and cage- free egg policy have cross-departmental steering groups that meet regularly to discuss progress towards the goals and any actions needed to achieve these. We also have a quarterly Healthy and Sustainable Working Group which discusses and identifies areas that we need to focus on next, reviewing key issues and customer queries to identify priorities.
Currently our areas of focus for policies continues to be plastics, palm oil, soya, animal welfare, eggs and seafood.
