These teams find and retain new customers, sell the benefits of Bidfood and agree competitive pricing.

Have skills, will travel? In our fast-paced sales and account management teams, no two days are the same.

Whether you’re looking after a territory of independent customers or a sector of national accounts, you’ll need to be great at building strong relationships with customers by really understanding their needs and looking for solutions to keep them happy.

You’ll work well with our depots and departments, and a customer advice centre, development chefs and marketing team will also support you in adding value for each of our customers.

Learning and development

Our Free trade and National account teams hold quarterly conferences to get together, find out about performance and learn more about the latest products and promotions available for our customers. We also provide help with lots of external learning opportunities through our Time Off to Train standard.
