This is an exciting time to be part of Bidfood as we have now opened our brand new Liverpool depot. At our depot we will make over 1,500 deliveries to our customers each week, we have a number of teams who work together to deliver service excellence to our customers every day. We want to have passionate people working with us in Liverpool, we value our employees and strongly believe in developing our people for the future.

You will play an integral role within our depot, this is not just as an Assessor, you will be a trainer within all departments of the depot. A friendly and sympathetic ear and a motivator to keep everything on track. The role will work closely with our HOD’s, to identify areas of opportunity and development, whether that be a collective action plan for the depot or individual training plans.

New to training? But feel you have the dedication, passion and ability coupled with a disciplined approach, then this may be the role for you. We want someone who is driven to support others to grow in confidence and support our goal towards a multi-functional workforce. If this raises interest, then this is the opportunity for you. We will provide internal training opportunities to enhance your training skills and knowledge.

Skills required:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and professional
• Good interpersonal skills on a one-to one-basis and in group meetings
• Able to be pro-active and able to raise concerns before they become issues
• Committed to raising the standards in the industry
• Good record keeping skills and admin skills
• Able to maintain a positive and committed attitude, be a role model, and an ambassador for change
• Flexibility – you will be required to cover all shifts on a rotating basis (we operate 24 hours 6 days a week)
