The Warehouse and Goods In team form an essential part of the depot to ensure we deliver service excellence to our Customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and leading all chambers in the Warehouse and Goods Inward team to ensure replenishment activities are conducted correctly
• Company assets in the warehouse (cages, pallets, stock) ensuring they are controlled and accounted for at all times and in line with budget
• Managing a team of Warehouse Operatives ensuring appraisals, people management and conduct issues are managed in an appropriate timescale
• Adhering to audit standards at all times

To succeed in this role you will need:

• You’ll have experience of working in a busy warehouse environment with excellent communication and organisational skills
• A successful track record in achieving your targets, with an accurate and methodical approach to your work
• Have a professional manner and the ability to multi task and work under pressure

Your success in this role will be measured in the achievement of service standards, as well as commercial objectives covering cost and stock-loss control, product availability, credit reduction and a wide range of people factors such as training and attendance.
