You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Shift Manager to ensure all aspects of warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently; playing their part in the maintenance of the highest standards of customer service.

A bit about the role
We have an opportunity within our highly efficient warehouse and as part of our team you will fill an essential role in helping us towards the depot goals delivering the right products to our customers on time.

This particular role will predominantly focus on the loading operation and will ensure that all loads meet company standards.

Your duties will meet the operational needs of the warehouse and these can range from working on inbound deliveries, replenishing stock and picking however there will be a main focus on loading food and non-food products and checking off orders against pick sheet requirements.

This role will cover 5 days out of 7.

A bit about you
Ideally, you will have food warehousing and distribution experience and you must be fit and healthy as the role requires you to be able to lift objects up to 20 kilogrammes. A reach truck or FLT licence is desired but not essential.

You will need to be up to date and compliant with all health and safety and food hygiene legislation. You will be used to working to targets and will have an accurate and methodical approach to your work.
