A bit about the role

The depot has a highly efficient Warehouse and as part of the team you will fill an essential role in helping us towards the depot goals delivering the right products to our customers on time.

As part of this team you will be responsible for the assembling, checking and loading of orders against pick sheet requirements and/or using Voice Picking software and apparatus.

You will be picking food and non-food products to targets and within food hygiene legislation to ensure our customers’ orders are processed safely, accurately and in a timely manner.  You will be responsible for stacking orders methodically and in compliance with Health and Safety requirements.  Other duties will include checking, assembling and loading product on to our vehicles.

Your role will involve manual labour so you will need to be able to lift heavy objects.

A reach truck license would be desirable and you will be used to working to targets and you have an accurate and methodical approach to you work.  You will be a good team player who supports our company values.  Knowledge of Food Hygiene and experience in a similar role are desirable but not essential.

This role is working Sunday to Thursday.
