    Trainee LGV Driver – Worcester

    A bit about the role

    We are currently recruiting Trainee LGV Drivers to join our LGV Driver Training Scheme. We will put you through all the relevant training required to become a LGV Driver, this will include CPC training, both theory and practical. We will also finance your medicals, licence and digital tachograph driver smartcard. This will be on successful completion of your probation period.

    LGV driving is a rewarding career and probably one of the most challenging driving jobs out there. You’ll be delivering food and non-food products to our customers in multiple locations throughout the day. The route can vary on a day-to-day basis but there will also be regular customers, meaning there’s a good mix of both variety and familiarity, which our drivers appreciate.

    This role will cover 5 days out of 7, which means that you will work some Saturdays, but not all. This is worked on a rota basis with our other drivers.

    A bit about you

    You’ll need to possess a UK or EU driver’s licence for at least 12 months, be a safe a courteous driver and have strong communication and teamwork skills. You will be able to work off your own initiative to solve basic problems and you’ll also enjoy a challenge. You will care about helping our customers succeed, taking pride in being the face of our company to so many people every day.
