Telesales Executive – South Lincs

At South Lincs we pride ourselves on putting customers first by offering a personal touch and continual support to all of our customers.

This role will by key to providing all customers with prompt support with any queries both internal and external

You will be required to liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the customers experience is 100% successful.

The role will involve

  • Recording details of inquiries, actions and outcomes
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate manager
  • Recording details of action taken
  • Responding promptly to customer queries
  • Effective handling of incoming calls
  • General office duties
  • Data collection
  • Problem solving

A bit about you

You will be enthusiastic, dedicated and able to work as part of a team. You will strive to take a professional approach to all you do, particularly when faced with difficult situations, working calmly under pressure and problem solving.

You will have good communication skills (both written and verbal)

This role is a job share

You will need to be flexible and able to provide holiday cover
