This is a broad Stock Manager role, focusing on the necessary service levels that enable the depot to fulfil its responsibilities to its customers, suppliers and employees and achieve its profit budget.

You will manage, motivate and develop the Inventory team leading by example to ensure that the whole team achieve and maintain the highest standards of service excellence.

We are looking for excellent people and management experience in a similar, fast-paced environment, where you have constantly driven high standards through attention to detail, process and team development.

You will be happy working in a structured fashion but be looking for innovative ways in which you can solve problems, support colleagues and generally add value to the organisation’s operation and customer service.

A clear, concise communicator at all levels, you’ll play an influential role with your peers with the vision and business acumen to positively affect the wider commercial business.
