This is an exciting time to be part of Bidfood as we open our new Liverpool depot. We are seeking an established and successful Site Excellence Manager to play a key role in both the launch and the on-going operation in this new depot.

You will implement, administer and enforce all Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and activities required for the depot to operate in accordance with both the laws and internal standards that govern depot compliance and quality standards.

You will be responsible for maintenance of Health and Safety, Environmental and Food Safety depot systems as described in the process, standard and how to documentation on Process Library, our guide to company processes. You will also ensure depot facilities are legal and insurance compliant in co-ordination with the Depot Management Team and Property Management Services.

You will deliver excellent customer service and operational standards at all times through maintaining a safe and secure environment and ensuring that all regulations are being followed.

Ideally the suitable candidate will have the following qualifications:

• NEBOSH qualification
• IOSH – Managing Safely v3.1 (or equivalent)
• HACCP qualification
• Internal auditing qualification
• IEMA Environmental Awareness Certificate
• CIEH – Chartered Institute of Environmental Health – Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent)
