As part of the IT Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for IT request fulfilment covering hardware and software, processing & managing chargeable work requests, mobile management and queries, processing starters and leavers from an IT perspective and 3rd party call handling.

You will also play a key part in the IT change management process with co-ordinating change progression through to completion and providing the agenda for weekly meetings. In addition to this you will be integral in assisting with escalated IT issues ensuring they are handled accordingly with resolvers and the business. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business is key to this role.

The role will be based in Slough, although occasional travel may be required.
