Sales Development Manager – Birmingham

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced individual to develop business across specialised sectors including healthcare, education, pubs, hotels, hospitality and leisure within our Bidfood FTM Sector Development team, We are looking for the ideal candidate to cover Birmingham, Solihull, Black Country, Bormsgrove, Kiddeminster, Staffordshire & Keele.

Aligned to our National accounts, you will enjoy a wide and accountable remit. This will cover the identification of new opportunities and new business wins along with identifying category gaps within your existing customers using new strategies and tactics.

You’ll convert customers using strong buying and negotiation skills; and the delivery of value-added initiatives and solutions to meet a wide range of customer needs.

You must bring determination, tenacity and a genuine passion for all things food-related to get in front of hard-to-reach decision makers, and the flexible and results-driven approach required to convert them.

This will be backed up with drive and motivation, and the ability to work cohesively within a team whilst using your own capabilities to deliver results through your own actions.
