As a Sales & Customer Advisor, you will be part of our exciting, fun and vibrant office based sales team who put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Our customers are passionate about the food they serve and the service they deliver to their customers and we are looking for equally passionate, enthusiastic and bubbly customer focused people to serve our customers.

 

Skills Required:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Initiative and a positive can do attitude.
• An ability to work well within a targeted environment and to remain organised under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Previous experience in sales would be beneficial but not essential.

 

Responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from our existing customers.
• Building relationships with our customers and processing customer orders.
• Maximising sales opportunities.
• This role does not include any cold calling.

 

If you would like to taste what we have to offer then we look forward to hearing from you. This role covers 37.5 hours per week, any 5 out of 7, however the working pattern will predominantly be Monday to Friday. The salary is £22,500 per annum plus commission up to £7,800 per annum.
