Sales and Customer Advisor – Edinburgh

As a Sales & Customer Advisor, you will be part of our exciting, fun and vibrant office based sales team who put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Our customers are passionate about the food they serve and the service they deliver to their customers and we are looking for equally passionate, enthusiastic, bubbly, customer focused people to serve our customers.

Skills Required

  • Excellent telephone manner & communication skills.
  • Initiative and a positive can do attitude.
  • An ability to work well within a targeted environment and to remain organised under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Previous experience in sales would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities will include

  • Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from our existing customers.
  • Building relationships with our customers and processing customer orders.
  • Maximising sales opportunities.
  • This role does not include any cold calling.

If you would like to taste what we have to offer then we look forward to hearing from you. This is a full time position working between the hours of 8.30am-5.15pm Monday to Friday with occasional Sundays.


Starting salary of £17,668 plus bonus, pension, 25 days holiday per year (plus public holidays), healthcare cash plan, employee discounts, free parking.
