We are seeking a PI Checker to assist the Stock Team Manager in ensuring that the stock levels held at the depot are all checked within the company standards.

You will carry out a full stock check on all items, carrying out date checks to establish if stock is being rotated correctly. You will be responsible for fully investigating any errors found and reporting those to the Stock Team Manager.

You will check pick locations in order to ensure that products are those defined on the stock labels, highlighting goods incorrectly located or identified in bulk locations.

Ideally, you’ll have food warehousing and distribution experience and you must be fit and healthy as the role requires you to be able to lift objects of up to 20 kilogrammes. A reach truck or FLT licence is desired but not essential.

You’ll need to be up to date and compliant with all health & safety and food hygiene legislation. You’ll be used to working to targets and will have an accurate and methodical approach to your work.
