This is a broad administration role, focusing on different aspects within the day to day running of the office. This role, although predominately admin based duties, will also include the administration parts from other departments such as telesales, customer services and transport.

You will manage and assist with the provision of a comprehensive range of administrative activities to provide the highest service levels that enable us to fulfil our responsibilities to our customers, suppliers and employees and achieve our profit budget.

This job is very varied and as such hours may vary depending on the day, although a normal working day will be 7.5 hours.

We are looking for excellent people and administration experience in a similar role. The suitable candidate will be proactive and organised and able to manage their own work load. May also be required to help answer the phones to place orders and customer queries alongside day to day duties and assist with cash sheet and transport queries.

You will be happy working in a structured fashion but be looking for innovative ways in which you can solve problems, support colleagues and generally add value to the organisation.

Microsoft Office experience is essential and knowledge of Excel in particular will prove very helpful for this role.
