National Accounts Customer Services Administrator, Royton

The National account sales support function at Royton, has a vacancy for a national account customer services advisor to work within the NA customer services team.

As part of this team you will be responsible for providing high quality customer care to both internal and specific external customers, ensuring that calls are dealt with quickly, efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer whenever possible.

The role will encompass the day to day logging and solution of all customer service issues for specific accounts, and you will be responsible for the communication and correction of service issues to the depot community.

You will be dealing with all inbound and outbound calls in a polite and professional manner, informing customers of potential problems as well as recording and investigating issues reported by the customer.

To be successful in this role you will need to be computer literate to intermediate level and have previous customer service experience.
An excellent telephone manner is essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure.

You will be required to work 5 out of 6 days Mon – Sat with a rota’d day off. Bank holiday working may be required.
