You will ensure that your team work to the NA Support Team KPI’s and will be responsible for managing their performance and development. You will have the ability to manage resource and ensure effective support is being provided both day to day and long term. You will be involved in projects as requested by your Line Manager and the Support Team Manager.
You will have a comprehensive knowledge of Bidfood depot infrastructure and the NA Support processes and procedures. Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Word skills, together with a comprehensive knowledge of Reflex. The proven ability to generate, read and understand reports.
You will have excellent communication skills, relationship building skills and good attention to detail is essential.
You will have the ability to effectively lead a team of people following the guidelines as set out by your Line Manager. Maintaining and building strong relationships with stakeholders, whilst meeting the needs of the internal and external customers is key and you will be able to do this effectively.
