National Account Supply Chain performs an essential function in representing the supply chain requirements of the business with our National Accounts. This area covers support for prospective clients and tenders, customer management from a supply chain perspective, associated stock and service reporting, management of all customer bespoke product requirements and liaison with a number of key associated areas within the business.

The position will involve the development of key customer supply chain related activity and processes in terms of new line listing, bespoke stock management, stock and service reporting and client management, menu changes, mobilisations and demobilisations.

The successful candidate will possess strong supply chain experience, and have strong customer service, business intelligence, analytical and client facing capabilities. They will be a team player and lead change and improvement. The ability to influence cross functionally at a senior level both internally and externally is essential.

In addition the successful candidate will be expected to continually develop and lead improvements / change relating to their account portfolio and as such a highly dynamic and innovative approach and experience in leading change initiatives would be advantageous.
