The IT Department are constantly developing with our growing business and we now have an opportunity for someone to join our IT Service Delivery team to develop and grow with us too!

A bit about the role

This is an exciting new development role where you will be given the opportunity to gain experience in the IT Service Delivery team and wider IT environment. The IT Service Delivery team are responsible for responding to business requests, queries and issues, ensure the smooth running and availability of telephony & networks, printers, hardware & software ordering, our user starters & leaver process, IT asset tracking along with managing major incidents and continual improvements. This is a key role in a busy, friendly & talented IT team.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is good at problem solving, highly motivated and can work well in a high pressure environment. You’ll be able to demonstrate a desire to provide a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction, with excellent coordination, communication and team working skills. As a busy IT function in an equally busy operational business you will need to be able to work effectively under pressure with the ability to prioritise effectively. We want someone who is creative and can identify opportunities for continuous improvements, so we can continue to be the best.
