You will need to ensure you have an effective sales strategy which is communicated to the team and ensure that they are trained and supported as necessary to enable them to achieve their new business and existing business growth targets.
You will be able to demonstrate strong motivational and people management skills within a sales environment. You will be an effective communicator in various situations and to a wide ranging audience.
You will be expected to travel as required by the role which will include overnight stays.
