Cimandis Foodservice continues to grow at pace on all of the Channel Islands. We have quickly re-established ourselves as the leading foodservice company on the islands. Due to this we are looking to recruit an additional member to join and lead our team on Guernsey. This is a key role and an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move into a GM role for the very first time.
We work as a team to provide every food option from quality ingredients to finished meals, including a number of own brand ranges as well as all the big brands and local products also. We believe in our food, and we know that our people are so very important in our success.
The General Manager is the business owner for Guernsey depot, primary accountability is the maximisation of sales and profit and the optimisation of costs, processes and efficiencies to enable the delivery of business targets. The General Manager is the ambassador for the Cimandis brand in Guernsey, corporate vision, values and the inspirational and motivational leadership of the top team and business. The GM manages all aspects of the successful delivery of the business in line with the agreed plan. The GM will run the Business as ‘their own’ reporting into the Cimandis Managing Director.
You will be responsible for the success of the business through sales growth, strong leadership, excellent standards, team leadership, purchasing, stock management & control, site management and health & safety
