This is a broad Customer Service role, focusing on internal and external customer service and support. You will manage and assist with the provision of a comprehensive range of activities to provide the highest service levels that enable us to fulfil our responsibilities to our customers, suppliers and employees and achieve our profit budget.
You will manage, motivate and develop a customer services/ national accounts team, leading by example to ensure that the whole team achieve and maintain the highest standards of administration and customer service.
We are looking for excellent people and management experience in a similar, fast-paced and customer facing environment, where you have constantly driven high standards through attention to detail, process and team development.
You will be happy working in a structured fashion but be looking for innovative ways in which you can solve problems, support colleagues and generally add value to the organisation’s operation and customer service.
A clear, concise communicator at all levels, you’ll play an influential role with your peers with the vision and business acumen to positively affect the wider commercial business.
