Customer service executive – Manchester

Manchester is looking for a customer services executive to take ownership and provide the primary point of contact for all customer issues. You will be providing a satisfactory resolution that enhances their experience of dealing with Bidfood.

The job includes:

  • Effective handling of inbound and outbound calls/emails to give the customer a positive experience.
  • Handling quality complaints and to handle with care.
  • Providing viable solutions to service issues for the customer.
  • To log all calls from customers and ensure they are dealt with quickly.
  • To be aware of current TLC customers and make sure they are managed effectively.
  • To liaise regularly with TSEs and BMs to ensure customer accounts are being managed effectively.
  • To action and manage admin duties related to the role.
  • To keep in contact with transport about any issues and keep customers informed of any delays.
  • To manage customer collections.
  • To carry out all processes involved with the service promise.
