Our Customer Service team handles and resolves a wide range of customer queries and issues on the phone or via email, and work hard to make sure each interaction is dealt with to the highest of standards.

The Customer Service team is a small but busy team forming an essential part of the Depot in the delivery of excellent customer service.
An opportunity has arisen in this small friendly team where your duties will include dealing with customer queries via inbound and outbound customer calls, complaint resolution and general administration.
Attention to detail is essential along with a flexible approach to work. To be successful in the role you will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to remain calm in any given situation.
Past experience in a similar role is preferred although not essential. You will need to be able to work well within the team and with other internal departments and confident when working to deadlines.
