Our Customer Service team handles and resolves a wide range of customer queries and issues on the phone or via email, and work hard to make sure each interaction is dealt with to the highest of standards.
Read MoreWe need you to have a key mix of skills and be able to deploy them effectively when required and in accordance with changing customer demands. Firstly you will need good experience of solving a variety of customer problems, and you will be assigned an area of responsibility for new accounts working closely with our Transport team and Business Managers’ to ensure that we give each and every customer the best possible customer experience along with all our other customers.
You will investigate customer complaints and see any through to a conclusion keeping the customer informed along the way. Daily / hourly updates on how Drivers are progressing and highlighting any concerns to our Transport team with particular focus on timed delivery windows. You will take calls from customers and drivers and have multiple tasks that will need escalating in a timely manner.
You will be a strong and natural communicator and team player, used to working in a busy and challenging environment. You will be motivated, organised, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships over the telephone.
You will care about helping our customers succeed, taking pride in being the point of contact for the depot and enjoy dealing with various challenges.
You will be supportive and want to be the go to person for every department to ensure that we deliver service excellence each and every day putting the customer at the forefront of everything we do. You will have great multitasking skills and a ‘can do’ approach to all tasks.
