Customer Service Advisor – Paddock Wood

This is a broad customer service role, focusing on internal and external customer service and support. You will be a key member of the Customer Services team supporting our activities to provide the highest service levels that enable us to fulfil our responsibilities to our customers, suppliers and employees and achieve our profit budget.

We are looking for experience in a similar, fast-paced and customer facing environment, where you have constantly delivered to a high standard, and provided first time resolution to our customers. It is also important that you are able to work under pressure, be part of a team and are pro-active.

You will be happy working in a structured fashion but be looking for innovative ways in which you can solve problems, support colleagues and generally add value to the organisation’s operation and customer service.

A clear, concise communicator at all levels, you’ll play an influential role with your peers with the vision and business acumen to positively affect the wider commercial business.
