Customer Service Advisor – Edinburgh

The Edinburgh depot customer service team is small yet very effective and fully committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers throughout Scotland.

Within this role you will be supporting our customer base dealing with and resolving delivery discrepancies/queries and providing a high level of service to our customers. Liaising with internal departments is key to this role to ensure we rectify issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities of role:

  • Responding to Incoming/Outgoing Calls
  • Liaising with internal departments, mainly via e-mail communication
  • Completing associated admin/e-mails
  • Creating call logs on discrepancies/enquiries
  • Follow up resolution to customer
  • Ability to identify continuous or ongoing issues

Skill requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Strong analytical skills

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, be a team player, but equally able to work on their own initiative and be able to perform to the highest standard whilst working under pressure.
