This role will cover 5 days out of 7. Working in a small team of service agents, you will be assigned an area of responsibility for new accounts working closely with our Transport team and Bm’s to ensure that we give each and every customer the best possible customer experience. You will investigate customer complaints and see any through to a conclusion keeping the customer informed along the way. Daily updates on how Drivers are progressing and highlighting any concerns to out Transport team with particular focus on timed delivery windows.
You’ll will enjoy a challenge and care about helping our customers succeed, taking pride in being the point of contact for the depot and enjoy dealing with the many challenges our drivers face each and every day. You will be supportive and want to be the go to person for every department to ensure that we deliver service excellence each and every day putting the customer at the forefront of everything we do.
