We have an opportunity within our highly efficient Transport Department at our depot in Hoddesdon. As part of our team you’ll fill an essential role in helping us achieve our targets by delivering the right products to our customers on time.

As the face of Bidfood to our customers, you will deliver food and non-food products within food safety standards to our other Bidfood depots during the night. You will be required to maintain your vehicle’s cleanliness and complete delivery documentation as required.

The ideal candidate would have the following…

• Class 1 (Cat C & CE) Licence
• Clean licence but not essential
• Be well presented in their appearance
• Always conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good geographical knowledge
• Decent understanding of the drivers rules and regulations as well as the working time directive
• Flexibility with start times and finishing times and days of work including weekends and bank holidays
• Experience with temperature controlled vehicles but not essential
• Hold a DQC card
