We are currently looking to recruit a Catering Supervisor, required full time Monday to Friday, 6.30am – 2.45pm, based at our Paddock Wood Depot.

Managing our catering provision, delivering a high quality service in order to ensure that all personnel nutritional and dietary needs are met, you will take responsibility for managing the efficiency, hygiene and safety standards of the catering area. Managing a team of catering personnel, you will create menu plans, check the ordering of catering supplies and prepare appetising and nutritious meals for our employees.

Previous experience of catering for a large number of people to include financial planning is essential as is a basic food hygiene certificate and a catering qualification plus flexibility to cover additional hours when required.

The role will also include covering the night shift for holiday and sickness periods. You will be responsible for carrying out daily temperature monitoring checks and recording and stock reconciliation.  Excellent communication skills are required, with a pleasant outgoing personality as this will be a customer facing environment.
