Chef/Restaurant Assistant required working full time, covering night shift, Sunday to Thursday 16.00pm – 12.00pm, 40 hours per week in the staff restaurant at our Paddock Wood depot.

Chef/Restaurant Assistant duties will include:

• To assist the supervisor in delivering a high quality service in preparing meals and snacks
• General kitchen duties
• Cleaning tables
• Carrying out daily temperature monitoring checks and recording

What do you need to succeed as our Chef/Restaurant Assistant?

• A valid Good Hygiene Certificate
• Previous working experience in a kitchen/canteen environment is essential
• Flexibility to cover additional hours and evening shift when required
• Excellent communication skills
