Business Manager – Birmingham

We are looking for a driven, ambitious and self-motivated individual with first class negation skills and an exceptional track record within the hospitality sector. Experience of sales within the food service industry is desirable but not essential.

You will manage and grow your existing customer base, alongside maximising new business opportunities, specifically targeting independent customers in the Birmingham area.

You will bring a real passion for sales and be able to demonstrate an ability to maximise opportunities and exceed targets. Strong communication skills and a flexible approach are key to the success of this role, as well as the ability to develop and nurture relationships with clients both internally and externally. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, but equally comfortable working independently.

The successful candidate will be required to sell the benefits of Bidfood’s extensive product range of frozen, chilled and ambient products, including non-food, fresh meat and WB&S. You will also be competent and comfortable introducing innovative ideas and concepts to clients, offering added value to their business.
