Read MoreWe are currently looking for a talented and experienced individual to develop a team of National Account Managers in order to create and exploit all opportunities within the UDM sector, to satisfy customer demands and deliver the required profit across all trade channels, including pubs, hotels, hospitality, leisure, healthcare within our Bidfood UDM National Account team.
You will need to identify every sales and profit growth opportunity in each portfolio in order to maximise all possible categories and achieving or exceeding sales budgets. This includes understanding all the commercial aspects of an account and achieving the profit margins through formulating budgets, analysing key data, appropriate marketing and making projections for each quarter
This will include the identification of new opportunities and new business wins along with identifying category gaps within existing customers using new strategies and tactics. You’ll convert customers using effective negotiation skills together with excellent communication across the free trade sales teams to deliver value-added initiatives and solutions to meet a wide range of customer needs.
You must bring determination, tenacity and a genuine passion for all things food-related to get in front of hard-to-reach decision makers, and the flexible and results-driven approach required to convert them. This will be backed up with drive and motivation, and the ability to work cohesively within a team whilst using your own capabilities to deliver results through your tactics.
