We have an opportunity to join our telesales department within our Bicester depot, and as part of our team you will be responsible for overseeing our Bidfood Direct online service, handling queries and delivering a first class level of customer service.
As the voice of our Bidfood Direct service, you will be responsible for registering new customers, delivering training to both customers and our team, identifying potential customers to grow our online service and handling any issues that are related to this.
You will require a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, but most importantly a high level of customer service as we look to be the best in the country in this area. You will need to be flexible with your approach, having to react to issues whilst being proactive with your planning. At times you will be expected to deliver off site training to current and prospective customers, due to this you will need to be positive, helpful and patient to ensure the best results.
Driving license is preferred but not essential.
You will be a strong and natural communicator and team player; used to working in a busy and challenging environment. You will be motivated, organised, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships over the telephone.
