We pride ourselves on our ability to provide anything from a teaspoon to a complete catering solution to customers of all sizes, utilising our national structure and the combined expertise of our employees. We provide every food option from quality ingredients to finished meals, including a number of own brand ranges as well as all the big brands and regional specialities.
This is a broad administration role, focusing on internal and external customer service and support. You will manage and assist with the provision of a comprehensive range of administrative activities to provide the highest service levels that enable us to fulfil our responsibilities to our customers, suppliers and employees and achieve our profit budget.
You’ll manage all invoicing, accounts, petty cash and banking requirements, plus the accurate preparation of the depot’s salary data. You will also uphold standards to make sure that processes and reporting requirements are adhered to, so that we meet our legislative and corporate governance requirements.
You will manage, motivate and develop a small administration and customer services team, leading by example to ensure that the whole team achieve and maintain the highest standards of administration and customer service.
We are looking for excellent people and administration management experience in a similar, fast-paced and customer facing environment, where you have constantly driven high standards through attention to detail, process and team development.
You will be happy working in a structured fashion but be looking for innovative ways in which you can solve problems, support colleagues and generally add value to the organisation’s operation and customer service.
A clear, concise communicator at all levels, you’ll play an influential role with your peers with the vision and business acumen to positively affect the wider commercial business.
