Administration and Accounts Assistant – Oban

Your key role will be to support the team with financial administration including account payments, cash handling and petty cash, banking, processing purchase invoices, an understanding of VAT and reconciliation of a variety of financial data all requiring a high degree of financial organisation and accuracy. Spreadsheet experience is essential. The role focuses on providing effective, timely and accurate reporting to support the administration department.

You must be a skilled and natural customer service advocate with understanding of its importance in a customer focused environment. Your attention to detail and organisation will be at the forefront, backed up with strong IT and finance skills.

On occasions support may be required for the telesales department by receiving telephone calls, processing customer order requirements, responding to suppliers both internally and externally.
Success in this role will utilise all your influence and impact with colleagues right across the depot, to ensure a shared commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
