Bidvest Foodservice is a great place to work and we have a permanent opportunity for a Customer Services Executive to become part of the customer service and admin department in our Harlow Depot.

Every day in our Harlow Depot Customer Service team is different; you will be multi skilled and will receive training across all areas of the customer service and administrative functions.
You will need a proactive approach to ensure you can take on and resolve issues and communicate to all relevant customers, both internal and external, clearly and accurately, on the phone, via e-mail and verbally using your excellent judgement and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with the team and alone are essential, as is a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective questioning techniques. You will need to be a resilient person with ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
General IT skills are a must as is the capability to work with Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
